I am sure to walk all dogs I care for as long as it is safe for them to be walked. I will not walk a dog on hot cement for their sake. I feed my own dog 2x a day but can change that schedule for any dog I care for.

Before watching a pet, I like to know about their personality, daily routine, energy level, and any special needs they may have. It’s also helpful to know their feeding schedule, favorite activities and toys, any medications they take, training commands they know, and how they interact with other people and animals. I also appreciate knowing about any fears, anxieties, behavioral quirks, or medical concerns so I can provide the safest and most comfortable care possible. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible and make sure they feel happy, secure, and well cared for while you’re away.
A typical day
I tailor activities to each pet’s personality, age, and energy level to make sure they have a fun and comfortable experience. Depending on what they enjoy, we may go on walks, play fetch or tug-of-war, work on basic training and mental enrichment games, or spend time playing with their favorite toys. For cats, I enjoy interactive play, enrichment activities, and giving them plenty of attention and affection. I also make sure every pet gets lots of companionship, exercise, and cuddles so they feel safe, happy, and loved while their family is away.

I have had dogs since I was very young. We had lab mixes while I was growing up who I fed, walked, and trained. I have my own GSD now that I have trained. I also share a shiba inu with my family.
