This was our first time leaving our fairly energetic Westin terrier/poodle mix, Mila with someone other than a family member. Kaylan did a wonderful job, sending multiple pictures every day of their outings. In a week they were at Fiesta island 3 or 4 times, which requires a bath after each visit due to Mila’s digging, rolling in the sand and dirt, etc. Kaylan also took her to the dog park, restaurants and many neighborhood walks. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again.

Kaylan was the absolute perfect match for us and our fur babies! When she took the job, we explained that one of our pups, Charlie, is a little "special" and requires extra patience, constant redirection, and plenty of treat bribes. Managing four dogs is no small feat, but Kaylan went above and beyond. She was incredibly transparent, informative, and deeply caring with Charlie, Kona, William, and Quinnie. Right from our initial meet-and-greet, her energy and confidence put me completely at ease about leaving them while we went on vacation. Over the course of her six visits, she kept us updated with multiple texts, photos, and peace-of-mind check-ins. At one point, when the treats started running low, she gladly offered to run out and grab more—an extra step I was incredibly grateful for. I can’t express how thankful I am for Kaylan. Knowing our pups were in such great hands allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our trip. Thank you, Kaylan, for everything! You are a dream come true, and we will definitely be having you back! Kaylan was an amazing sitter from start to finish! If my dogs could write this rating, I’m sure they’d give her 5 stars. She sent frequent updates, lots of pictures, and wasn’t afraid to ask questions whenever she needed clarification, which gave me peace of mind. She even took my pups on little adventures to explore new parks and treated them to pup cups, with permission of course! It’s obvious they were cared for, and got lots of love and attention while we were away at work. I came home to 2 happy pups and a cared for home. Would definitely recommend Kaylan for a reliable, caring sitter and happily booking her again!

Kaylan is super responsible and caring with pets. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. I’d feel comfortable leaving my pets with her anytime knowing they’d be safe, cared for, and getting plenty of attention.

Kaylan is a sweet and loving person who has a variety of animals in her home. She even loves and entertains her bearded dragon as well as two dogs, a cat and a gecko. I can’t imagine a person better suited to be a pet carer.
