I’m a college student and work 3 days a week, Wednesday Thursday, and Sunday . My classes are online which gives me lots of flexibility. My shifts are 3-10pm.

My home is on a large gated property. Lots of running space and a big yard. I treat every pet as if they were my own! My house is pet free and I have lots of time to hang out with them and make sure they’re entertained. On my property my grandparents live in a separate house and they have a dog, a 3 year old golden doodle. She is great with other dogs but it is very easy to keep her separate from other animals!

Any allergies, medications, medical conditions I should be aware of. How well your dog does with children, men, loud noises, leash trained, etc. Just the basics!
A typical day
Definitely lots of walks and outdoor time as the weather permits. My property is gated and quite large so there’s no lack of play space! I also have a pet friendly home, so snuggles on the couch is always allowed. If the dog enjoys toys I’ll always play with them :)

Hello! My name is Kaylah, I am a 29 y/o nursing student and dog mom! I grew up around animals my whole life but I’ve been a dog owner for about 5.5 years. She’s a very old chihuahua named Miss Piggy. I have experience with puppies as well as senior pups who need medications and some extra love and care ❤️

Kaylah is my go-to dog sitter for my 5 year old, 70 lb lab mix, Toby! She has cared for him whenever I go out of town for basically his whole life. Kaylah is literally Toby’s favorite person besides me! I’ve always appreciated how she treats Toby like he’s her own dog, and not only meets his basic needs with ease- but goes above and beyond with giving him the same love and affection that I would give him. She’s also very well educated on dogs and their needs, so I trust her wholeheartedly when I leave Toby in her care. Overall, Kaylah is truly a dog lover in every sense!
Kaylah is one of the kindest, warmest, and most caring animal lovers I know! She has been there with me through years of pet ownership from cats, dogs, and even smaller animals. She has helped support and cared for my pets like they were her own so often and it has been a blessing. She became a dog mom many years ago after saving a dog that was in terrible shape on the streets. After many, many vet visits and lengthy care, her dog was able to live a long, fruitful and fulfilling life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. She gives everything she can to care for everyone’s pets as she would her own and I think she would be the perfect candidate!
