I helped care for family dogs and cats since I was about five years old, feeding, giving water, walking and cleaning up after them until I was 18. I have boarded two dogs for a friend and provided drop-in visits for a former neighbor for about a year after that and worked at a pet hotel from '17-'19 in which time I got a dog training certification. I have some experience taking care of mice and hamsters and would like to learn how to care for rats and snakes. I'm currently working full-time but would be more than happy to provide the love and care that your fur babies require in your absence. I'm also a newer driver and could really use the experience. Afternoons and evenings work best but please don't be shy about asking for morning services. Depending on the service and your pet's needs, I will spend as much time as they need whether it be a brief or long walk, cuddling on the couch, etc.

Safety, trust & environment
I will keep your pet indoors for the most part, depending on the pet. I prefer to keep dogs on a leash when they go out for walks and to potty unless there is a fenced in yard.

We took a vacation to New Hampshire and it was fabulous. What made it even better was knowing that our cats (indoor and outdoor) would be taken care of by Kaylah. She took great care of our babies and texted us to let us know how they were doing. My one indoor cat is usually skiddish around new people but she was fine with Kaylah so that told me a lot.! We highly recommend her.

Kaylah did a fantastic job watching our two pups while we were on vacation for a week and a half! With a new two year old, we knew she would have some challenges, but she met the tasks head on and both dogs had a great time!
Kayla is super conscientious and great with the animals. We would use her again in a heartbeat!

Schedule
I currently work full-time as a front desk agent at an hotel and do my best to update my availability as the schedule comes out.
