I’ve had a pet consistently since I was in middle school. My love for animals started way before then. I have two fur babies a dog (Archie) and a cat (Dottie Mae). I would love to make some new furry friends along the way! What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands on experience caring for both my cat and my dog everyday. Through taking care of them, I’ve learned a lot about feeding routines, playtime, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for. As my pets have gotten older and are now seniors, I’ve gained experience with senior pet care including being more attentive to their needs, comfort and changes in behavior. I treat every pet as if they were my own fur baby.

When taking care of my pets in my home, I focus on making sure they feel safe, comfortable and cared for. I make sure the space is pet-friendly and make sure my animals have their own space where they can relax if needed. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and follow all care instructions carefully. My goal is to keeps pets happy and stress free while their owner is away, as a pet mom myself I know how important that is.

I asked Kayla to watch my dog, Brody, while my family and I left for vacation. I asked her very last minute, and she was so sweet to agree to it. She did such a great job showing Brody love and care. She kept him on schedule with his feedings and walks. I’m so thankful for her! I definitely recommend anyone needing someone to care for their pets, to call Kayla!
Kayla has been taking care of my fur babies since Aug 2025. She treats them as if they were her fur babies. She goes over to take them out daily and sits with them for a lengthy time. This helps them to remain calm during my absence. I would recommend her to anyone, anyway, 100 Times over to tend to their furbabies during their absence. I would recommend kayla as a loving pet caregiver shes great with pets ,she loves to care for them play with them and just love them she watched my dog lilo several times when me and my wife went on vacation lilo loved her would always get so excited to see kayla she would be a great addition to the Rover team.

Harmonogram
I work full time M-F but am available after 4pm on weekdays. I am also available most weekends. In the summer time, I have full availability on Fridays starting at the end of May!
