I have 2cats in my home. My apartment offers a fenced in dog park. I can walk dogs, engage them mentally in a variety of games and mentally stimulating tasks, spend time with them, and any other owner or dog specific requests. If your dog is active, I love to run around and play with them however I am equally happy to lay with more nervous dogs to gain their trust or chill with calm dogs who are just ready for some company while you are away!

I like to know if a dog has any certain triggers to avoid and if they are dog/cat friendly. If they do have triggers, how should I most effectively avoid them? I also like to know any quirks or dislikes they may have, or specific ways they like to be handled (or not handled) as to make sure they’re most comfortable in my care. I never want to unintentionally push an animals limits.
A typical day
There is a dog park near my house and a lovely riverwalk. We can take long walks or jogs if the dog likes, play fetch or with toys, make peanut butter kongs, or simply cuddle. I’m happy to try and match your animals routine as best I can also! I like to cater to the personality of the dog! It’s really up to how your animal is feeling in addition to owner requests that tend to direct our activities for the day!

Pet care experience
1 year experience working in animal rescue; 2 years foster/medical foster/fospice experience; my mother co-owns a veterinary clinic in which I grew up around and learned in. I am e-collar & prong collar trained, and am able to administer basic meds and fluids. I have handled a variety of dogs with different aggression, socialization and confidence levels and corresponding triggers.
