My goal is to provide a safe, clean, structured, and loving environment where every pet feels comfortable and cared for. To ensure the best experience for all dogs, please review the following guidelines before booking. 🐶 Meet & Greets (Recommended) • First-time clients are encouraged to schedule a meet & greet prior to booking to ensure a safe and comfortable fit for everyone 💉 Vaccination & Health Requirements • All dogs must be current on vaccinations before boarding or daycare services • Proof of up-to-date vaccination records from a licensed veterinarian is required prior to booking confirmation • Records must clearly show the pet’s name, vaccine names, and administration dates • Required vaccines typically include Rabies, DHPP/Distemper-Parvo, and Bordetella (kennel cough) • Dogs must be in good health and free from contagious conditions (including coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, fleas, or ticks) • For the safety of all pets in my care, I reserve the right to decline any booking if vaccination records cannot be provided or if a pet appears unwell at drop-off 🧼 Cleanliness & Grooming • Dogs must arrive clean, odor-free, and free of fleas or ticks • Dogs should not be excessively matted or heavily soiled at drop-off • If a dog arrives in a condition that requires additional cleaning, a cleaning fee may apply 🐕 Behavior Requirements • Dogs must be friendly and non-aggressive toward people and other dogs • All behavioral concerns must be disclosed in advance (including anxiety, chewing, barking, marking, reactivity, or escape tendencies) • Dogs with a history of severe aggression or unsafe behavior may not be accepted 🏠 Potty Training • Dogs should be house-trained or mostly house-trained • Please inform me in advance if your dog uses potty pads or has occasional accidents indoors 🍽 Feeding & Supplies • Please provide your dog’s food, leash, bedding, blanket, toys, and any comfort items (crate if used) • Feeding bowls must be clean and ready for use at drop-off • Clear feeding instructions are required to ensure your dog’s routine is followed properly • Please ensure all belongings are labeled when possible 📋 Emergency Contact Information • Owners must provide a valid emergency contact and veterinarian information prior to the stay • In the event of an emergency, I will contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if necessary 🐱 Cat Policy • At this time, I do not accept cats or provide services for cat households • This policy is strictly in place to protect the health, comfort, and safety of my resident cat and to maintain a calm home environment • Thank you for respecting this policy ⏰ Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times • Please arrive on time for all scheduled drop-offs and pick-ups • Late pick-ups may result in an additional daycare or overnight fee 📅 Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows • A deposit may be required for new clients, holiday bookings, or extended stays • Cancellations made prior to the booking start date are eligible for a full refund • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking eligibility • Please communicate any schedule changes or delays as soon as possible 📱 Communication & Updates • I provide regular updates and photos so you can stay informed and at ease while your dog is in my care 💜 My Promise Your dog will be treated like family in a safe, structured, and loving environment. Dogs that are not properly trained may not be a good fit for my services. 3.Behavior & Temperament Dogs should be non-aggressive and able to interact safely with others (if applicable). Please be honest about your dog’s behavior, habits, and any special needs. 4.Health & Cleanliness All dogs must be in good health, free of fleas/ticks, and up to date on vaccinations. 5.Supplies & Instructions Please provide your dog’s food, feeding schedule, and any necessary items (medication, etc.), along with clear care instructions. 6.Open Communication Please do not feel embarrassed to share any important details about your dog. I do not judge—I simply want to be fully informed so I can provide the best care and keep everything running smoothly for your pet. 7.Arrival & Pickup Communication Please notify me by call or text when you arrive for drop-off or pickup. This allows me to safely prepare your pet and ensure a smooth transition. I kindly ask that you do not arrive unannounced or wait outside without prior notice. 8.Cat-Friendly Requirement For the safety of my household, all dogs must be friendly and safe around cats. Dogs that show aggression or are not comfortable around cats cannot be accepted for care. Important Note: If these guidelines do not align with your needs, I completely understand, and you are welcome to find a sitter that better fits your preferences.

I may also separate pets during stays when needed to ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable. Thank you for your understanding. 🏠 Boarding Policy & Pickup Times My boarding rate covers a 24-hour period starting from the scheduled drop-off time. To maintain a consistent and low-stress routine for all pets in my care, pickups are available between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Pickups outside of these time windows may be subject to Rover’s extended care policy, which can result in an additional charge (up to one extra day). Late or significantly delayed pickups will be adjusted accordingly through Rover. This helps me maintain a calm and structured environment for all dogs in my care.
