I’ve taken care of my own dog for over 5 years now, and I currently work a dog daycare/boarding facility, and have experience with lots of sizes/breeds of dogs!

I care for my own pets like my children, making sure they aren’t just sitting around all day, i try and give them some sort of play time/ or mental stimulation (i.e kong’s, lick mats, etc. ) if i cannot provide play time right then and there! I’m also great at respecting boundaries/ reading body language in both dogs and cats.

Kayla saved me another sitter canceled on me last minute. She was quick to respond and willing to do what she could to come by and look after my pup. This is the second time she’s cared for Sophie, and she’s always communicated well, sent photos and follows the instructions I’ve left. I’d happily book with Kayla anytime!

Kayla has been walking/watching my dog Astro on and off for about 3 years now, and their bond has been an amazing thing to watch grow. My boy is a very nervous dog, especially with strangers. Kayla won him over on the first visit. There's something about how she interacts and cares for my boy that makes me so proud to have her as my primary sitter for so long. Hello, my name is Bethany and I've known Kayla for 7 years. She is my best friend, and I know she'll treat your pet like her best friend too! She's always had a passion for working with animals since I met her, and she's able to get even some of the shyest pets to warm up to her in a short period of time. Her family and friends all call her "The Animal Whisperer" because she's able to connect with animals extremely easily and helps them warm up. She's worked at a dog daycare for over a year now, and I've personally let her watch my own pups on the side for about 2 years now. She is extremely communicative with even the smallest of situations, so there's never a concern in that department. I highly recommend Kayla for this position, as she is extremely experienced and I know will give her all with any pet she meets. She also sends the cutest pictures!!

Schedule
I’m currently working at a dog daycare/boarding facility, and get my work schedule on a biweekly basis. If I need to request time off for a booking, I just need to know at least 2 weeks in advance ◡̈. Other than work, I have no commitments (excluding my own pup, who can be watched by family if need be!)

- If your pet has any allergies or food sensitivities! I bring treats with me to every booking, as well as a Citronella spray-shield. Not only for my safety but also your babies safety! Citronella is an animal repellent, you can buy them at pretty much any store and I also use them at the center I work at. I’ve been working there for over a year and have experience in breaking up scuffles with animals, and how to see the signs to prevent any situation from escalating.
