For new clients, I do a meet and greet first, so that I can learn the pet's needs and routine. For dogs, I can walk them throughout their neighbourhood as needed. Knowing their walk route helps me to feel more confident with the dog.

Knowing about a pet's routine is the most helpful information. Dogs thrive from routines, so if I know what their routine is, I can best support them. Additionally, knowing a dog's likes and dislikes is helpful. All in all, it's about loving the dog!
A typical day
If your pet loves cuddles, it will get lots from me! I also enjoy playing with toys with the dogs I watch. Some dogs require mental stimulation such as finding treats or pushing a food ball around to release snacks. As for outdoor adventures, there is a trail in Exeter that I like to walk on. If your dog enjoys long walks through the forest, we can definitely go exploring together!

I grew up with golden retrievers in my home. As an adult, I have walked and looked after a golden retriever puppy, adult golden retrievers, shorkie, miniture schnauzer, a mix bread rescue, an indoor cat and more!
