Safety, trust & environment
I make sure that the pets only stay in the designated areas the owner allows, and to make sure all of my attention is on them. I would make sure to notice any slight changes, since based off my experience with my own pets, they might need help with something.

Information Kayla V. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know the commands they know even if it’s in a different language! Also, are they allergic to anything that would be outside? I know that sounds strange, but I have met a dog who was allergic to a certain plant so I had to make sure they didn’t go near one!
A typical day
I let the dog use the bathroom first, and let them sniff around for a couple minutes, then if the dog has a lot of energy, I will jog with them. I try to go on paths that aren’t busy or have lots of distractions, and if i can find a big trash free green area for the dog to walk around in.

Dog lover walker!
Pet care experience
I had grown up with many dogs, so I had to help out from a young age. Over the years, we had a German Shepard, Chocolate Lab, Pitbull/Rottweiler, Great Dane mix, two American Bulldogs, and a mini Schnauzer that I would take care of from giving them a few long walks (30 minutes-2 hours), giving them baths once a week, playing with them, feeding them, and of course, belly rubs!
Reviews

I’ve used Kayla more than once and always have a great experience. She took excellent care of my two dogs and cat for two weeks, sent daily photo updates, and left our home clean—even washing the sheets before she left. She’s also very flexible and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Kayla was prompt and communicative, and she sent plenty of adorable pics to show me how their potty walks & snuggle time went.

This was my first time using a pet sitter and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Kayla was reliable, caring, and kept me updated every day with pictures of my pets, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. It was clear my pets were well cared for and happy! I definitely would trust her to watch my pets again. Highly recommend!

Kayla did a great job taking care of our dog. We are thrilled to have her watch him again soon!
