Trevor and I both have fully remote work schedules. One of us is always home during the week days with the pets outside of the occasional running to the store/playing rec sports in the evening.

We have a large yard with a 6ft privacy fence for the pups to play in and one of us is always out there with them when they are outside. The back patio is covered to give the pups some extra shade if needed, but we typically try to play outside in the morning and evening in the summer when it is cooler out and have the middle of the day be for quicker potty breaks.

Pet care experience
Hello! Kayla and Trevor here :) We have been sitting dogs on Rover for over 3 years now and have loved every minute of it! We have had dogs of all sizes and energy levels. Yorkies to Mastiffs, couch potatoes to energizer bunnies 😂 We have two beloved pets of our own who have enjoyed the company as well. Shadow is a 6 year old German Shorthaired Pointer that loves to play ball in the backyard and play with all his new friends. Gwen is a 8 year old Bengal Cat who thinks shes a small dog lol Our pets rule the house and we give the same care to our guests as we do our own pets :) they are allowed on the couches as well as our bed if they so chose.

Kayla and Trevor proved to be a great couple to take care of our two cats. They went above and beyond the expected drop-in feeding and play visits with pics. They alleviated any worries for our pets at home while we were away in the mountains.
First time rover user and Kayla is going to make me a repeat user. Took pictures and played with our puppy marshall and I felt secure knowing he was being taken care of!! Will use again!
Excellent. My dog did not lose weight which is a miracle. They sent lots of pictures and he even seems to miss having a dog friend since being home.
Kayla and Trevor really helped me out when I needed it. I attempted to do a booking the day prior, and they did not hesitate to say yes when available. My dog had a great time. She was exhausted coming home, which to me is a great sign. I received pictures through the day, and she had a nice backyard to run and play with their own pup. First experience on Rover, and this couple set a standard.
