'Bully' breed lover working hybrid!
After an extended break from Rover, I’m excited to be active again to love on your pups! I've grown up with and taken care of many dogs (black lab, pit lab mix, & dobbie) since I was young. I absolutely adore all doggos but unfortunately cannot have one of my own in my apartment. So in the meantime, I'd love to help care for yours! My standard is always to treat dogs with the care as if it were my own. My background as an athlete and overall active lifestyle allows me to be comfortable caring for larger dogs. I'm so excited to meet your furry loved ones! For days that I am unavailable on the calendar, if you are needing a walk or drop in after 5pm please message me as I might be available :)

Safety, trust & environment
I am very detailed oriented and will be sure to look over any details you list as necessary for your dogs safety. I am easily able to crate dogs and get them on a leash when needed. I am careful to pay close attention to other dogs and owners to determine if it is safe to engage or if I need to stay clear of them.

Kayla was great! Very respectful and on time. Ran the dog around for over an hour. Just saw my dog sleeping on the couch from the ring camera. 😂
Today was our first walk with Kayla before a longer boarding trip scheduled. Kayla eased my mind with the walk and even though I don’t want to be leaving my fur baby, I know she’ll be in good hands in the future! Also, I have to add my dog is leash aggressive so finding someone who not only can control her but feels comfortable doing so is hard to come by.
Kayla’s been wonderful to work with. Very professional and communicative. She takes great care of my pup Kona. Highly recommend :)

Schedule
I have a hybrid work schedule and usually don’t have many weekends plans outside of surfing! I’d love to have my own dog but cannot in my current apartment so I’m hoping to fill my dog loving cup by taking care and having fun with other people’s dogs (your children of course hehe) I’m always respectful of other’s space/home to ensure you’re welcomed back to a clean and happy home.

- Please let me know your dogs general mannerisms; very excited and jumpy, shy and hesitant, warm and welcoming. Whatever the case, I will work with them to be trusting of me and enjoy our walks through vocal and physical reinforcement (lots of pets!). If your dog has any special needs or specific ways you care for them that may be different than other dog owners please let me know so I can be prepared.
