Puppy and large breed experience!
I was raised on a farm, always surrounded by at least 3+ dogs (and horses, and chickens, and ducks…). I trained a malinois from puppyhood and I am currently raising and training a German Shepherd puppy. I have lots of experience with puppy energy, especially large working breeds! I understand what it’s like to be a working dog parent, let me help you make life a little easier! I have a flexible schedule and endless love to give. I will always listen to your care and training needs, to ensure consistency in your pup’s life.

I will always ask about and follow your care and training instructions. Introducing a new caregiver can be stressful and I always do everything I can to reduce stress for your pup. Routine, structure, and love are key!

Kayla was great with my energetic golden retriever and they had a good walk together. She knows how to manage big dogs which was greatly appreciated as I’ve had some Rover walkers that did not seem comfortable with my dog. Kayla was friendly, punctual and communication was easy.
I had never used Rover but adopted a puppy two months ago and had to make a last minute work trip so my older parents watched my dog. They were not able to walk her and I found Kayla. She was extremely responsive upon my initial inquiry and setting up walks twice a day was super easy. She was on time for over a month, my parents adored her and my dog was so excited to see her everytime she came. We even communicated about my pup being bored and she went above and beyond to find a toy that would give her stimulation. When I was concerned my parents needed a break she was able to accommodate overnight stays. Overall I could not be more thrilled having found her and will absolutely be contacting her again and again to help me out with my dog.
