I tailor each visit to your pet’s personality and energy level. Whether that’s a long walk, a quick potty break, playtime with their favorite toys, enrichment activities, or simply relaxing together with plenty of attention, I’m happy to adapt to what they enjoy most. I love exploring Ann Arbor’s neighborhoods on walks and can take dogs on short or long outings depending on their needs. For cats, I’m just as happy spending time playing, brushing, cuddling (if they enjoy it), and keeping their routine consistent.

Growing up we always had pets in my home. We’ve always had 1-3 cats and had a dog once (the heartbreak of her loss kept us from getting another). I’ve had the responsibility of walking my dog 3 times a day, feeding the dog and the cats twice a day, and spending extended periods of time with them. I recently moved to A2 from Chicago and am working full-time as an occupational therapist in a hospital, looking for a part-time gig. I would love to look after others’ pets during my free time from my studies. I am a very calm and detail-oriented individual. I live with my partner of 4 years and my senior cat I’ve had for 19 years. I love being with both cats and dogs and am looking forward to tending to their needs and providing a very fun, welcoming, and loving experience!

Kayla did an awesome job taking care of my cat with special needs. She would send me updates and really made me feel at ease when I had to be out of town. I would highly recommend her!
Kayla is AMAZING. she is kind and gentle with animals, and also provides them with lots of love, affection, and attention. She is safe, and will keep your pet safe and happy!
Kayla is great with our 3 cats. She loves them and they love her. She sends pictures and videos of her playing with the cats and cuddling with her. We come home to happy cats.
Kayla is amazing with my 2 dogs. She is attentive to their needs, keeps up with their high energy and is very reliable. They love her!
