Hi everyone, my name is Kayla! Dog care is my full-time profession, and I spend my days caring for and working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I have over 10 years of experience caring for animals and a 5-year-old Irish Doodle named Phoebe who loves making new friends. I understand that every dog is unique and deserves individualized care, patience, and attention. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, or simply extra cuddles, I will make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I treat every dog as if they were my own and can promise they will receive plenty of love, attention, and care while in my home.

kayla and owen were the perfect hosts for my little puppy, birdie! it was the first time we left her and it was for 10 days. that’s no small feat and they were generous and gracious. i felt so much peace and comfort leaving my puppy in their care. their dog phoebe is the best and handled my little puppy so well. highly recommend!

Kayla was a wonderful sitter for Chloe, who is a sometimes shy little rescue. Her daily photos and notes assured me she was very happy with Kayla. I highly recommend Kayla.
Kayla was an amazing dog sitter for my puppy! She was only about 11 weeks old when she took care of her and she was very diligent about taking her outside to use the bathroom every few hours and playing with her to get all the puppy energy out! Wrigley loves her!

Schedule
I work from home most days. On the weekends Phoebe and I like long walks and going to dog parks to socialize. I take Phoebe out for potty breaks every 3 hours.

I live in a townhouse with a small fenced in yard. Also, we are in walking distance to 2 dog parks that are inside our neighborhood. These are perfect for zoomies!

We love going on walks and trying out new dog parks! Also, we live close to the whitewater center which is perfect for trail hikes.
