Lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on pet care experience. I grew up in a home full of animals, including Yorkshire terriers, birds, hamsters, fish, and more, so caring for pets has always been second nature to me. As an adult, I’ve cared for two rescue dogs of my own: an elderly, special-needs chihuahua and a high-energy terrier mix. This experience taught me how to adapt to different temperaments, energy levels, and care routines. I’ve also been trusted by neighbors and family friends for pet sitting and house sitting over several years, often caring for medium to large dogs who are most comfortable staying in their home rather than in a kennel. I’m a young professional and Columbia University graduate, and I do this because I genuinely love animals. I work fully remote, which allows me to be flexible and present. I take a thoughtful, attentive approach to care. I like to understand each pet’s behavior, routine, and preferences upfront to create a calm, low-stress experience. I’m especially experienced with senior pets and those with medical needs, and I’m careful to follow instructions closely, whether that’s medications, feeding schedules, or specific routines.
