I have been around dogs my entire life. I don’t personally own any because of my schedule but I have outstanding qualifications. When I was younger, I spent my free time at the Hawaiian Humane Society as an enrichment volunteer. I have worked at a doggy daycare for a year caring for all dogs of varying temperaments. I’ve also worked as a veterinary assistant for 2 years and have medical knowledge pertaining to dogs. I’ve cared for puppies who just came out of the womb to geriatric dogs. I am able to administer medication if needed among other tasks. I’ve monitored dogs overnight as they needed medical attention after hours. I’ve also cared for dogs needing medical boarding because they are reactive or on seizure watch. Fun fact: I’ve monitored many veterinary procedures such as spay/neuters, dentals, biopsies, and a splenectomy.
