Hi Fur Parents! 🐶🐾🐱 I’m so glad you’re here. My journey with animals began over 17 years ago when I started dog walking—and it quickly grew into a lifelong passion. I went on to study in the veterinary field with the goal of becoming a veterinary nurse, and along the way I gained hands-on experience working in dog daycares, running an in-home daycare, and serving as a veterinary assistant in animal hospitals. Although I later shifted my career path to clinical psychology, my love for animals never left. I’ve always believed caring for animals is just as much about understanding behavior, emotions, and comfort as it is about physical care—and I bring that full-circle approach into every pet I work with. My family and I work together as a team to provide a safe, loving, and calm environment for your pets. If your dog or cat does better in a home setting rather than a kennel, we offer a low-stress, cozy alternative where they’ll feel like part of the family. I’m a proud dog mom to my angel pup Furby 🕊️ and a cat mom to my sweet kitty, Hermione. With my background in animal care, behavioral understanding, and years of trusted client relationships, you can feel confident your pet is in caring, knowledgeable hands. Kayla was awesome with my dogs. She sent me pictures thru out the day and kept me updated on how they were doing. My dogs are tired after a fun day and they seemed to have enjoyed their stay. We will definitely continue to use her.
Kayla goes above and beyond! She stays in touch with you including w pics the whole time your pet is with her. She is very obviously a dog lover. Will request her over and over again. So lucky to have found her!

Schedule
I am currently a crisis counselor. I am working from hours 8am-4:30pm from home. I’m available to do day care during the weekends and boarding any day of the week. Your pup or cat will need to be okay being alone for few hours while I work if possible.

I take so many pictures and videos in case you haven’t noticed! Lol! I send pupdates daily I love sending and capturing their stay. I have an unfenced yard which means I will walk your furbabies for potty time. I usually keep them active with other pets or provide individual play time/cuddle time . With your permission we may take field trips to trails, parks, pet smart for treats, if weather permits! Heads up: we do have child under age of 1!

A typical day
As a fur parent I understand the struggle of leaving your pet behind and wondering if they’re going to get enough love or enjoy themselves, it’s my ultimate goal to make them comfortable and help them stay happy while their parents are away! I pack their days with activities to do, whether it’s going on a run with me, playing in heat or snow, cuddling to some music. Lots of classical music is played for dogs with anxiety or struggling to sleep, I have lavender steam that is on during the day for calming your dogs. We aim to keep your vacation for parents and fur babies feeling comfortable, happy & an enjoyable stay.
