Ive been dog sitting for a couple years now! I just recently hopped back onto rover due to getting a new job but with a pay cut and been meaning to start up a second job again! what better way to make some extra money then hanging out with animals ☺️☺️I live in happy Valley and work in Milwaukee , so I prefer to work around the area I live in, but I’m also happy to drive a ways away if it’s a great fit!

My living situation doesn’t allow for me to have other animals in my home. I prefer to go to my clients homes for boardings, I want the animals to be in an environment that they’re comfortable and feel safe in!!

Please give me a heads up on how your animals are on walks and around other people and/or children! This is SO important for keeping your animal and myself safe. Also, if your dog takes a while opening up to people, and may need some extra time on introductions, please let me know. I would be happy to make the effort to meet your dogs in a calm and safe environment multiple times before a bigger stay, it just ensures that your dog is comfortable and also so I feel safer!
A typical day
I love staying active! I think that’s the ADHD in me, still going on boxes is not a problem running around in the backyard is not a problem, but I also love just hanging out on the couch :)

PLEASE NOTE: still available to be booked if you are going away for the 4th of July!! I’ve been around animals my entire life, bunnies cats, dogs and horses for the most part. I absolutely adore animals. I used to work at a doggy day care and had 140 dogs on the busiest day!

Kayla was wonderful! She was very communicative about any questions that came up and sent lots of photos while we were away. We will definitely book Kayla again.
Kayla was great. She was very interactive with my pup, Mouse, and sent daily updates with questions and pictures. And to top it off, my place was very clean when I got back. Will rebook for my next trip.
Kayla did a great job watching our 3 girls at our home. One of our girls, Phoenix, is very shy and nervous around new people but Kayla did everything she could to make sure Phoenix was comfortable. We came home to a clean house and 3 happy pups. We will definitely rebook Kayla for our future trips.
