Hi! I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys looking to help families care for their dogs. I went to Christopher Newport University as a biology major. I had a dog of my own. She was a black lab and I took care of her for 15 years. I have also watched a lot of my friend’s dogs and quite a few on Rover. So when it comes to dogs, I have a lot of experience. I am very comfortable with all dogs, from chiwawas to great danes (my family had both). I’m a very active girl and am able to keep up with anything that comes my way. I am very flexible with my working hours and have my own transportation. I really hope I can help anyone who needs assistance with their dogs/puppies :) I am a hard worker and love animals!

I love taking dogs for walks, sitting/petting with them, playing fetch, giving treats. I really try to talk to each owner about what their dog enjoys doing.

Kayla did a great job watching my two dogs. She kept me well informed of how things were going during the stay and even checked in with me the next day.
Kayla kept me informed, sent pics and even put my trash out for me. She administered medication too. We felt comfortable leaving Carter with her which allowed us to enjoy our vacation. Would definitely recommend!
Kayla is a responsible and caring person. You can always count on her to take great care of your dog and give them just as much love and attention as you would. She watched my dog Molly quite a few times and instead of Molly being sad and lonely without me, her owner, it felt good that I knew she was being entertained and having fun with Kayla. I've also seen Kayla interact with many other people's dogs and there is no other way to describe her than one of the biggest dog-lovers I've ever seen. Kayla is trustworthy, caring, and reliable, and I know she would take great care of any dog.
