I am disappointed to give such a low score because Kayla appeared to be very nice in all of the communication I had with her. I booked a Rover as I was traveling for work. I have to say I was truly disappointed with the service I received from Kayla. I had 3 -30 minute visits booked per day and according to my smart lock used to enter and exit my home, Kayla spent no more than 8 minutes with my dog each visit and did not unlock the door a third time on the second day leading me to believe she just did not come. She also sent a picture at 9:30pm, which was our agreed upon time third visit, but the time stamp on the picture was from 6pm (time of the second visit). Rover support told me I had to ask Kayla for a full refund directly as I did not receive the service I paid for, and she did not respond. Super disappointed. Would not recommend this sitter.

Kayla was so amazing with Izzy! I am thankful that I found her last minute. I will definitely have her watch Izzy again.
