When pets stay in my home, they become part of the family. I provide a safe, comfortable environment where they receive plenty of attention, exercise, enrichment, and affection. I live right off the BeltLine, which means dogs get lots of opportunities for fun walks, new sights and smells, and healthy exercise throughout their stay. With my background working at a PetSmart PetsHotel, veterinary technician experience, and training in animal behavior, I am comfortable caring for pets with a wide range of needs, including administering medications and recognizing signs of stress, anxiety, or illness. Whether your pet is energetic and adventurous or prefers a quieter environment, I adjust my care to fit their personality and routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and care throughout the day. Depending on their needs, this includes feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, exercise, medication administration, and lots of affection. I also pay close attention to their behavior and well-being to ensure they stay happy, healthy, and comfortable while you’re away. My goal is to provide a safe, reliable, and fun experience for your pet while giving you peace of mind that they are in good hands.

We had an amazing experience Kayla during the week she spent with our dogs, Cookie and Bella. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing our pups were in such caring and capable hands. She kept us updated with photos and messages, gave Cookie and Bella plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, and treated them like family. When we returned home, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Pet care is already a big part of my daily life. I currently work a flexible full-time job, which allows me to accommodate a variety of pet care schedules, including walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting. As a pet owner myself, I understand the importance of consistency, communication, and making sure pets feel comfortable while their owners are away. During house sits, I do have a dog of my own that I care for, so I may spend the night at my home. However, I am always upfront about my schedule and ensure your pet’s routine is maintained with timely visits, walks, feedings, medications, and plenty of attention throughout the day. When I am caring for your pet, they are my top priority. I provide reliable, attentive care and treat every pet as if they were my own. Whether your pet needs exercise, enrichment, cuddles, medication, or simply companionship, I make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.
