I have cared for small to extra large dogs and dogs with special needs. If I can handle Corgis then I can handle any breed. Since I allow the dogs access to the yard and house while I am gone, please let me know if your dog is a potential escapee. I can make accommodations to make sure your pup is safe. Also, my corgi is bossy so I can’t keep dogs who are aggressive.
A typical day
I walk all around the Cloverdale area. I have a big yard with a privacy fence and plenty of room to play. My corgi is very playful but can be bossy. If your dog is older and lazy, there is a sleeping spot open on the couch or they can lounge on the deck.

Pet care experience
I have a full time job Tuesday-Friday but am a homebody outside of those hours. I have an 8 year old corgi I adopted in 2019. He is very bossy and can be an aggressive player but he loves older dogs. My home has a dog door, very large fenced in back yard, and a ramp attached to my deck that makes life a little easier for elderly dogs. When I am not home, the dogs have access to the house. I work very close to my house so I am able to check on them during the day if I need to. For the safety of my dog and yours, I only board one new client at a time. I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have. Thanks!

I appreciate Kayla's flexibility with pick up and drop off and all the attention my dog gets from her and her dogs. I know he gets plenty of exercise at her house and socialization. I also appreciate the pictures of him with updates throughout the stay. Highly recommend.
My Zoey is so comfortable immediately with Kayla! She feels right at home immediately and maybe even too much so. Sorry Kayla for the bed hogging! Zoey loves her old furry friends and the calm environment. Thanks for making my baby feel so loved when I’m gone ❤️
