Kayla was very sweet but unprofessional in terms of how she handled my booking. I had booked drop in visits for my Frenchie for a whole weekend while I was 2 hrs away on vacation. Halfway through, Kayla canceled due to my 14 lb Frenchie growling at her for attempting to take off her leash. I had advised her beforehand that it was okay to leave the leash on my dog while she was sitting in the room. My dog is very calm with strangers unless she is uncomfortable or believes you are going to harm her. Before even calling me to discuss other options and the situation, Kayla had decided she did not want to do anymore visits. I called her 4 times for her to pick up and come to a conclusion. I was left on only the second day of my vacation to scramble and find someone else to walk my dog. Thankfully, a neighbor who had no experience walking Josie was willing and available. She had no issue getting Josie’s leash on and off. I also had paid for 30 min drop-in visits with my dog and she did 20 mins both times. I would not advise booking with Kayla.

Kayla was very respectful and did a great job with Louie. I look forward to utilizing her seduces again.
