Pet care experience
I love all dogs big and small!
I have extensive experience caring for my own pets as well as dog/house sitting. My mother is a Veterinarian so I spent a lot of time helping out around the vets office growing up. I’m comfortable administering medications. I also worked at a grooming shop bathing, drying and brushing dogs. I have volunteered with the Vancouver SPCA and the Vancouver City Pound walking/fostering dogs and caring for cats and small animals. I have some experience with training and dealing with reactive dogs. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes!

Kayla did an amazing job with Benji for daycare while we hit the slopes in Whistler. She was flexible and offered to pick Benji up and drop him off to make it easier for us. Benji was excited to see her the second day we left him with her so I know he had a great time and felt comfortable with her. Would highly recommend Kayla if staying in Whistler and need a dog sitter!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Archie had a blast with Kayla. The minute he saw her she seemed to know she was good people and was happy to walk off with her. At the end of the day he was all tired out and happy as can be. Thank you so much Kayla!
Kayla was amazing! She was very responsive and she took cute photos of my dog. When I picked my dog up she was exhausted which is good lol. Thank you Kayla for being so flexible and taking care of my dog! It seems like my dog had a blast :P
Calendar and availability
Schedule
I’m currently working part-time so I have lots of time to play with your pup! My time will be dedicated to them for walks/short stays. For house sitting I can not provide 24/7 care so your pup must be comfortable to be left alone for short periods of time.

I am not currently accepting boarding at my home. At your house I will take your pup on long walks, play with them in your yard, and give them lots of snuggles!
A typical day
I love long walks along the seawall, hikes and swimming at the lake/beach. Im also happy people watching in the shade or cuddles on the couch with the older guys!
