Hello pet owners, My love for pets is what sparked me to enter a wonderful world of pet sitting, fostering and rescuing. My experience with animals started in my younger teen years with family, friends, and neighbors. I have worked as a vet tech at a veterinarian hospital. In the past I have almost 2 years of shelter experience as well with the opportunity of taking courses and earning certificates in dog CPR and learning animal behaviors for felines and canines through the website fear free shelters. This has gained me with more experience for pet sitting. I have been relied on to walk, feed, bathe, and give medications orally and injections from pet owners. I always update the pet owner throughout the day on the app and with pictures so they know their pet is in safe and loving arms.

When caring for pets in my home or a client's home, I focus on providing a safe, comfortable, and loving environment. I make sure to keep the pet’s daily routine consistent, including feeding, exercise, and playtime. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely for diet, medication, and any special care the pet needs. If the pet stays with me at my home, they will have their own designated space to sleep and play, but they will also have lots of interaction with me and any other pets I have. I take regular walks, supervise playtime, and make sure to engage in mentally stimulating activities to keep them happy and healthy. When I'm caring for pets at a client's home, I follow their routine as closely as possible. I ensure their environment remains calm and secure, offer walks or playtime, and provide regular updates with photos or videos so the owners can feel at ease while they're away.

Kayla did an amazing job taking care of my dog Pearl. Communication was great, I received plenty of updates as well as pictures and videos during Pearl's stay. My dog can be anxious, and Kayla was very patient and accommodating of her behavior.
Kayla is absolutely wonderful! Luna adores going to her home. She is so thoughtful and even set up a special space for Luna to go when she is scared of thunder or fireworks. Luna comes home happy and well cared for.
Betty had such a nice time - she was sad to leave. Kayla is an A+ dog sitter! We will certainly use her again!
I am so happy to have found an awesome place for my pup to stay when we are out of town! I felt totally comfortable that she was in good hands, safe and happy. Kayla sent me lots of pics and videos of my dog making herself right at home. I'd definitely use Kayla again!
Kayla is nothing short of an angel. We booked very last minute but she was very accomodating. She was very nurturing with our three pets and gave each one special attention. She kept us updated multiple times each day with pics, videos and text. If you are looking for someone to love your babies as much as you do then Kayla is a must.

Schedule
I am free in the evening hours Monday through Friday after 5:30pm due to work. The weekends I have full availabilities most of the time.

- Please let me know if your pet follows any specific schedule or requires any medications. It would also be helpful to know if there are any particular behaviors I should be aware of for safety, such as preferences around petting ( if they don’t like being touched near the head), or if they tend to be more treat-motivated, especially for nervous or shy pets. Additionally, please inform me of any allergies they may have, as well as their favorite games, toys, or places to relax. If there are any dislikes or things they’re not fond of, I'd appreciate knowing those too to ensure they're as comfortable as possible while you're away.
