While working my work from home desk job, going on walks, doing yard work, etc. I listen to dog behavior books/podcasts. I also watch dog videos frequently. I love learning about doggos. I’ve never not had dogs in my life. I worked as kennel staff at a vet when I was in high school. I’m pretty accustomed to selective eaters (thanks to my Yorkie). If during flea/tick season – please make sure your pet has flea/tick treatment.

I’m a big fan of “sniffing” walks. If housesitting, I like to walk dog(s) every day. I follow any instructions to a Tee, and ask questions when/if I have them.

I normally board our pups when we have to travel but decided to try Rovers house sitting service so my pups could be in their own home. This was an outstanding experience!! Kayla did an amazing job. Great communication and even sent pics throughout the week to keep us updated on how our pups were doing!! They got to play outside and even got walks!! Kayla, thank you so much for making this experience so awesome!
We had Kayla stay with our pup as well as our daughter’s 2 pups while we were out of town for a couple of days. We received lots of pictures as well as updates throughout the day. She even took them on walks! Everything was as expected when we returned, and our puggle, who has separation anxiety, greeted us without her usual scolding and throwing a fit. Thank you Kayla for taking such good care of them. ❤️

Kayla was so wonderful. She went beyond helping us feel comfortable leaving Saint with her. I think Saint misses her . She was everything I was looking for for. Absolutely amazing.

I work from home and can adjust my schedule if needed. While housesitting, other than an errand here or there, I basically provide constant care.
