Thank you for considering me for the care of your pet. When your pet stays with me, you are not getting bare-minimum pet sitting; I take your dogs for walks, give them enrichment activities, mitigate any separation anxiety/behavioral issues, and give them the same love I give my own pets. I would never lock your dog in a kennel and leave them there bored, anxious, and depressed like many boarding-type facilities do. I have been a client before and finding a facility or person that I could trust with my dog was an impossible task. I desired something better than your typical boarding for my own dog, because she deserves to be happy while I'm away from her. I joined Rover to be able to share that sentiment with other pet owners and provide more loving and personalized pet care! I have over 21+ years experience in taking care of animals both in the personal and professional setting. Through my employment at a doggy daycare, I became canine first aid & CPR certified through PetTech. I pride myself on that certification. I’ve worked at 2 dog daycare and boarding facilities and done volunteer work for LA County Animal Services. Most of my free time has been spent learning about dog training, psychology, and nutrition. I currently only work 3 days a week which gives me more time to spend with my clients. My home is conveniently located right off of the 14 freeway in SCV. It is also in proximity to Sierra Hwy and Soledad Canyon Rd, making it easy for pick-ups and drop-offs. I have an amazing, large, and enclosed backyard that has a dog run, swimming pool, and plenty of grass to run on. My neighborhood is also a great one to go for walks in. I do CrossFit, so I can take your dogs for a stroll around the block or on a 3+ mile walk/run like I do with my own dog, Harper.
