I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility during the week and availability on weekends. I enjoy spending time with animals and have time to play, walk, and care for them just like I do with my own dogs.

A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and active in safe ways! Since I live in the desert where it can get up to 110 degrees, I make sure outdoor time is limited to early mornings or evenings when it’s cooler. During the heat of the day, I focus on fun indoor activities like tug-of-war, puzzle toys, training games, and lots of belly rubs or cuddle time. If the dog enjoys water, I can also set up kiddie pools or water play in shaded areas. I always prioritize safety and hydration while still making sure pets feel engaged and loved.

Kayla did such a great job with our latest addition- a rescued Cane Corso. Big breeds can be intimidating to some, but she is confident, knowledgeable and a great communicator and we felt at ease.
