Kayla was able to accomodate a last minute request to take Oslo on a long morning walk. She was really flexible and easy to communicate with. Oslo took to Kayla instantly and she was really patient with his rambunctious teenage energy. He had a great walk and came back happy and ready for a nap.

Kayla accepted our day care request super last minute and took great care of our puppy for the evening! She also had great advice for training our puppy to walk. Will definitely book in with her again when we’re back in Canmore.

Kayla was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Our little Sophia seemed to enjoy her stay a lot. I would highly recommend using her services.

Kayla is awesome! We came all the way from the US and we told her that we have 2 dogs instead of one but she was very kind to accept both of them even it’s a late notice. Pebbles and Charlie had a great time and enjoyed their trail walk and even went to the river. The most special thing that Kayla did is she was able to teach us how to control Charlie’s barking if he sees the other dogs since she was able to apply the trick and it worked on him. Kayla, we really appreciate your time taking good care of our furbabies. Hope we can visit Banff, Canada again and we will definitely get you to watch our furbabies. We would recommend Kayla as one of the best dog sitters!

Would not recommend this sitter. Despite confirming both verbally and in writing that our dog would not be left alone due to his separation anxiety, we later found out he was left unattended for 45 minutes at their house. We picked him up to find his leash chewed through and a chipped front tooth. The sitter was unable to explain when or how this happened, which only added to our concern. After addressing it, the sitter showed no real concern and offered no accountability. This experience was unacceptable.
