I’ve grown up with animals all of my life, and I understand the importance of taking good care of our furry friends! I have dog sat for several neighbors and friends over the last few years, which has given me lots of experience with many dogs and their different personalities! Being a dog owner myself, I understand the importance of spending quality time with your pet whether that be playing fetch, going outside, or just getting some pets. I can assure you your pet will be taken care of well if you book me as your rover pet sitter!

Schedule
It is usually not a problem for me to make changes to my weekly schedule so I can be available for petsitting. For dog walking and drop in visits I can stop by first thing in the morning, stop by again around lunch some days and then again in the evenings to spend some extra time with your pet. I am flexible with my schedule and hours for petsitting so if we can communicate and figure out a schedule together, that would work best for me!

In my own home I care for my dog by taking feeding her, taking her on walks, and the occasional hike, swim, or time at the dog park. So these are all things I can do for your pet as well! I also enjoy hanging out on the couch with my dog at home so if that is more of your dog's style I am more than happy to do that!

A typical day
I enjoy taking walks with dogs along sidewalks in neighborhood or a nearby trail and I also like hanging out in the yard and playing fetch or other toys if that's an option!

- I'd like to know if there is anything I need to be aware of before taking them outside of your home. For example, is your dog reactive to people or other dogs? If so, how are they going to react? Does your dog tug on the leash and if so can I try out a walk before committing to walk them on my own? These are just concerns I have to make sure I am prepared to care for your pet.
