I work a split shift with a break of several hours in the middle of the day on week-days (mid-morning to early afternoon), and I am available on weekends. I try to schedule Rover visits in the middle of the day if possible, but I can accommodate evening visits if needed!

When you first reach out with a booking request, we will schedule a good time for us to do a meet-and-greet. While caring for your pet, I will strive to keep a routine for the pets as similar to what is typical for your family. During the meet-and-greet, please feel free let me know if you have any special routines, like getting a special treat after breakfast or a specific 'game' after dinner! If you haven't filled out the care details for your pet's Rover profile, I will ask to please leave a detailed list of feeding amounts and what food goes to who, and any care instruction specifics out where it is visible.

Prior to my three years of Rover experience, I have experience as a veterinary assistant in a shelter clinic setting, as well as rescuing many animals while I was in Guam from 2015-2018. I am comfortable with really any type of animal, and I am always eager to learn anything new! I am very comfortable with pets who have special-needs (including those that require medications, injections, sub-q fluids, bladder-expressions, multiple types of behavioral issues and more), so please reach out about any questions you may have regarding my ability to accommodate your pet!

Kayla is the best. My dogs go to the door at their “Kayla walk” time even when I am home. They always look forward to seeing her for their mid-day outside breaks. So glad she’s here!
