I am willing to put you fur baby in a crate if need be for proper safety, but I like to give them free roam. Only if i see they is no visible health risk in the environment excluded when walking. As having your pet on leash at all times gives trust being able to handle your dog and safe if there is possible danger.

I'm currently a college student that is available all-day weekends and on weekdays, Monday, Tuesday and Friday I am available after 6pm for any walking needs.
