Safety, trust & environment
I always make sure safety is my top priority. Whether we're at my home or yours, I make sure pets are in a secure environment where they can't slip out of doors or gates. Walks are always on-leash & I also follow each pet's routine & care instructions closely, including feeding guidelines, medications, and any special needs. I know how important it is to feel confident when leaving your pet in someone else's care. I keep open communication with pet parents, provide regular updates & photos, and treat every pet like they are my own. I respect your home and follow your rules, making sure everything is just the way you left it. My goal for both you & your pet is to feel comfortable, cared for and stress-free.

An excellent host for our lil buddy Zuko! We left our dog with Kayla for a few nights on an emergency trip and couldn't be happier that we chose her. She is very easy to coordinate with, responsive, and proactive about caring for pets. Would definitely let zuko have another sleepover at her place, highly recommended!
Kayla is the only pet-sitter my pets will relax with- She regularly takes care of my puppy, Toto, and my kitty, Schmitt and recently pet sat while I was out of the country for 3 weeks, and I couldn’t ask for a better sitter. She sent regular updates and cute photos, which totally put my mind at ease and made being away a lot easier. Toto can be a bit of a handful with his energy, and Schmitt is usually pretty shy around new people, but Kayla handles both of them so naturally. My dog actually now insists on going on the walking route she took him on, It was obvious they felt super comfortable with her. I came home to two happy pets and a clean, well-looked-after home. Kayla is reliable, kind, and clearly loves animals. I’d absolutely book her again!
