- Before caring for a client’s pet, it’s essential for me to know important details to provide the best possible care. This includes their daily routine, dietary needs, medical history, and any medications they require. Understanding their behavior is key—do they have any quirks, fears, or triggers? Are they comfortable around other pets or children? I also ask about their favorite toys, activities, and comfort items to help them feel at ease while in my care. If there are any training cues, house rules, or boundaries they’re used to, I’ll follow them closely to ensure consistency. The more I know about your pet’s needs and personality, the better I can create a safe, loving, and stress-free environment for them
