Horrible Experience - Neglectful I’m absolutely appalled by the experience I had with this sitter. It’s clear my dog was neglected, and their lack of attention to basic hygiene and care is unacceptable. First and foremost, when I picked up my dog, I noticed he had feces matted in his fur. It’s disgusting to think that he was left in such a state. This alone shows a complete lack of care, but it gets worse. My dog’s skin was visibly irritated, likely from sitting in his own mess for far too long and not taking him out regularly. As if that wasn’t bad enough, he reeked of urine. It was clear he had been left to sit in his own waste for an extended period of time. The fact that they couldn’t be bothered to ensure he was let out to relieve himself or clean up after him shows blatant neglect. He is potty trained. I trusted this sitter with my pet’s wellbeing, and they failed miserably. Every message she sent was reassuring that he was doing great. Not only did they fail to provide the care my dog needed, but their negligence caused unnecessary discomfort and distress to my pet. I would strongly advise anyone considering this sitter to stay far away unless you want your pet to suffer the same. This experience was beyond disappointing and downright shameful.

The sitter was excellent and kind. We will definitely be calling her back!

Kayla was awesome! I can tell she really loves dogs ! I had no doubt that she would take good care of Zorro ,and do her very best to make him feel at home.. She learned his moods,temperament and embraced them. She’d always kept good communication with me with updates on his days and activities. So, I am happy to say,..Kayla was a life saver for me by serving Zorro and bringing him in with her family..’ I hope Miss Kayla gives us plenty more opportunities to allow Zorro to stay and play with her again!!🧡 Mrs Mika🤗

Wonderful experience leaving my Bella. She took good care of her and treated her like her on. She kept me updated and put my mind at ease
