I’ve always had pets in the household. I grew with a cat and dog in our family . We also had other animals such as hamsters, rabbits, birds and iguanas. I worked in a dog daycare and wildlife animal hospital during college. I also completed my Bachelor’s in Animal Science and my Master’s.

Kayla is one of the best dog caregivers I’ve ever met. I’ve watched how she compassionately cares for her pets over the years and also know I can trust her to help care for my dogs. She’s reliable, loving, caring and takes care of every pet like it’s her own. She has great animal intuition and knows what to do to make any dog, big or small, comfortable in an unfamiliar environment.
Kayla is so wonderful with animals, especially dogs. We nicknamed her the Dog Whisperer. She loves all animals so much and it definitely shows! She loves to take fur babies on walks and play fetch with them. She is so patient with them and understands the personalities of different breeds. I highly recommend her for taking care of anyone’s fur babies. This is coming from a proud fur momma with a happy fur baby!

Schedule
I work full-time (mostly from home). I have a very flexible schedule. I have open availability Saturdays-Mondays. I am able to work with you and adjust where needed as well.

Safety, trust & environment
I will treat your pet as my own. I enjoy going for walks. Your pet will get plenty of exercise and attention. I am very aware of animal behaviors and I can promise your pet will be extremely comfortable. I live in a very spacious one bedroom apartment and near several parks and trails.
A typical day
I love to go for long walks with your dog. I will make sure they get their exercise and have fun. I will treat them as my own.
