A warm, loving and experienced dog owner
My family have owned dogs for as long as I can remember. I am used to taking care of lots of different dogs, big and small! Across my relatives, I have looked after Border Collies, Jack Russells, Huskies, Patterdales and more. When I moved away from my family and down to Brighton, life felt a little empty without our four legged friends running around! Now my partner and I own a beautiful miniature sausage dog called Ralph. He brings so much joy to our life - life honestly wouldn’t be the same without dogs in it! I took care of my parents border collie for a month when he was 12 weeks old, Unfortunately they weren’t able to care for him straight away. So I am well versed in looking after young puppies, making sure they get all the toilet breaks, attention and naps they need! We have a fenced garden for the dogs to have a toilet break at any point throughout the day, we are also incredibly close to the seafront for walks! Often, we take our dog Ralph further afield to places like Withdean, Ditchling Beacon and Devils Dyke so we would be more than happy to bring your pup along too! My partner and I eventually really want to get a second dog to keep Ralph company (and for extra cuddles of course) but until then, this seems like a great option. :)

Kayla, Josh and Ralph took fabulous care of our dog. He had the best doggy play date day with them, came back absolutely tired out and made a new best friend. I'd not hesitate in recommending them and we'll definitely be seeing them again soon for walks and more day care!
I would highly recommend Kayla. She's very reliable and trustworthy, if she's available then always our number one preference! She gives us regular updates and photos and if there's anything she's unsure about she checks before assuming! 10/10 😀
Kayla often looks after my dog Bertie (a cockapoo). She is so reliable and trustworthy. She always gives me regular updates and sends photos so I always feel up to date. Such a lovely person. I would highly recommend! Bertie loves her mini-breaks!

Kayla and her partner Josh were wonderful sitters. They sent us updates and pictures of our Bruce and their dog Ralph playing together and out on their walk which made us feel really comfortable and that he was in safe hands. Bruce came back very happy and was quite content when we came to pick him up! Thank you :)

Schedule
We already have a dog at home, so looking after a second dog would come very naturally. We are able to take the dogs out for regular toilet breaks throughout the day, we usually take Ralph out for one long walk or two shorter walks spread throughout the day - we would of course bring your dog along too! The rest of the time, we are snuggling or playing with Ralph and hope that your doggo would love to join in too. Equally, if they are a dog that enjoys their own space - we can cater for that too.

We have a fenced garden for toilet breaks. We usually walk along the seafront, we are happy to keep your dog on the lead or off the lead depending on your preference. There are usually 2 of us at home to take care of the dogs and help each other out.
