Safety, trust & environment

I care for all animals like they are my own. Pets live shorter lives than us, so its my goal to make their lives the best they can be! I love going on walks with my dog, and playing fetch at the dog park! I always make sure my clients pet gets along well with mine if i plan on having him tag along! Its a great way to socialize the pets, and it gives them something to look forward to!

Information Kaycee H. would like to know about your pet

If a dog has any strange quirks (like how my dog likes company while he eats) I’d love to know that before hand so that their time with me is as comfortable as possible!

A typical day

Mental enrichment is important for dogs! Walks every few hours where they can use their sniffers is important! I have plenty of enrichment activities for indoor time as well! One of my favorites is treat dispensing toys! Its fun and engaging for the dogs to learn how they work, and entertaining for me to watch them get to that point!

Pet care experience

I got my first pet, a hamster, when i was six! I followed up with a Guinea pig. When i turned 11, i got my first cat Patience. All of these pets i fully cared for, and did chores in order to pay for supplies. This is what fueled my love for pets! When i turned 15, i got my first dog. Sadly he passed away from illness, but it was a lesson learned on how to care for special needs dogs. My cat Patience died when i was 20 at the age of 9. That sparked me to get a dog not long after (since my cat never got along with the dog i had, i felt it best to give her a single pet home). Ive spent the last two years training Rollo and learning everything i can about making his time here special! He’s made my love for animals deepen, causing me to want to get further involved in animals as a part of my every day life! I hope to one day become a dog trainer, and specialize in obedient house pets!

Went very smoothly! Kaycee is very trustworthy and we had no hesitations leaving our fur babies in her care. Will be asking for her again!
