Kaycee seems to have a deep understanding of animals and their needs and behavioral language. She’s taught me many things about my pets that have helped me understand them better, especially with my newest cat, Bear. Because of her, I’ve been able to help Bear adjust to his new home easier. Her dogs are so well trained and maybe a little pampered by my standards, but I honestly haven’t met anyone more knowledgeable and caring when it comes to our four-legged family members. When I visit her place and see some of the dogs she sits, they always seem so happy. I have so many pictures of adorable dogs on my phone from visiting her and she’s the only one I would trust to look after my babies.

Kaycee took such great care of Ginny! She even got a bath right before I picked her up! Will definitely be using her again.

Signs of abuse/neglect. I have waited a few days to write this review, because while I am very hesitant to leave a negative review, I have very very serious concerns about the care our dogs received. While the dogs were with Kaycee, we were very happy with the updates we were receiving. We received texts with a photo every two days. I thought the dogs were doing well, just because Kaycee was not providing us with any negatives or reasons to be concerned. However, when we picked the dogs up, the small apartment she lived in was far to small for them, the dogs were kept in a back room with a fence. The dogs were at a psychotic level of frantic, with our girl peeing on the carpet right un front of us (which she absolutely NEVER does at home). Immediately upon getting home, the dogs finished off three big bowls of water, and a meal. It was as if they had not been getting water or food regularly, as if Kaycee had been "tactically dehydrating" them to avoid taking them out for walks on a regular basis. Within a day of being home, both puppies (who are fully housebroken), were scared of basic gentle touch, had serious accidents on the carpets, acted like they hadn't been fed in a week, and were skittish and antsy. We were very very concerned about the treatment they received, and they have only just now started settling down, four days later.

Kaycee is a fantastic dog sitter! We have been using her services for a year. My Sheltie Cheyan is 16 years old, and he has blossomed in her loving care and with the other dogs in her care. She is incredibly reliable and knowledgeable about dogs. Her home is very clean and never chaotic. I highly recommend her!

Kaycee was great, she provided with regular updates and peach seemed to enjoy her stay. Thank you.

my pup, sydny had such a good stay at Kaycee’s, he almost didn’t want to go home with me. she was very patient, attentive and caring. she kept me updated about him and made sure to take good care! will definitely be working with kaycee again in future for daycare and boarding. thanks for everything kaycee!
