We have a flexible work schedule primarily working from home. This allows us to dedicate ample time to your pets throughout the day. We can provide regular feeding, playtime, and walks, ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve. We can also adapt our schedule to accommodate any specific needs or requests, helping your pets feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. Building strong connections with animals is what we enjoy most, and we look forward to creating a nurturing environment for your furry friends!

We have designated areas for feeding and sleeping, and we keep all pet-friendly supplies on hand. Whether it’s regular walks, interactive play, or simply cuddling on the couch, we prioritise each pet’s individual needs to ensure they feel happy and secure. Our goal is to treat each pet like our own, fostering a nurturing environment that supports their well-being and happiness.

Ka Yan and Alex have done an amazing job of looking after Arthur for me while I was away for the week. I didn't want just 'drop in' visits because he is a bit of a spoilt cat. I was sent daily photographs and videos reassuring me while I was away that he was in good hands. I have had pet sitters before but Ka Yan and Alex are by far the best and won't hesitate to book them again if they are available. Thank you both from myself and a happy Arthur x
Highly recommend! They agreed to look after Ash on super short notice and were so friendly. They asked questions and agreed to a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure it was a good fit. I was kept updated the entire time, and came home to a house just as clean as I left it. Thank you so much!
