We had booked KaYan for dog sitting in our home for two days, and they did an excellent job. They were very willing to meet us twice beforehand so they could get to know our dog - he’s a large dog, so this preparation meant a lot to us. They were thoughtful, understanding of both his needs and ours, and handled everything with real care. Our dog was relaxed and happy when we returned, and the house was left exactly as we’d hoped. We’d book them again without hesitation.
Kary and Alex have been a fantastic help walking Felix weekly when we’re at work. It’s very reassuring knowing that Felix is in such caring and reliable hands. We would absolutely recommend their services for long-term care.

We have a flexible work schedule primarily working from home. This allows us to dedicate ample time to your pets throughout the day. We can provide regular feeding, playtime, and walks, ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve. We can also adapt our schedule to accommodate any specific needs or requests, helping your pets feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. Building strong connections with animals is what we enjoy most, and we look forward to creating a nurturing environment for your furry friends!

When caring for pets in their own home, we maintain their routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, and playtime. We ensure their space is clean and familiar, which helps reduce any stress. In our home, we provide a warm, loving atmosphere where pets can relax and play. We have designated areas for feeding and sleeping, and we keep all pet-friendly supplies on hand. Whether it’s regular walks, interactive play, or simply cuddling on the couch, we prioritise each pet’s individual needs to ensure they feel happy and secure. Our goal is to treat each pet like our own, fostering a nurturing environment that supports their well-being and happiness.
