While I don’t currently offer in-home care at my own house, I’m very comfortable with overnight stays and sitting in your home. I have solid experience with pet sitting, walking, and various types of care, and I pride myself on being knowledgeable, dependable, and committed to making your pets feel safe and loved while you’re away.

It’s important for me to know your pet’s routine, energy level, any medical needs, behavioral quirks, and how they typically do with new people or other animals. I also like to know what they enjoy, what comforts them, and if there’s anything they dislike or that might trigger stress. The more I know, the better I can make them feel safe, happy, and at home in my care!
A typical day
Weather and energy levels depending, I love getting dogs outside for walks and playtime. I have a medium-energy pup at home, so I’ve also gotten pretty creative with keeping him mentally stimulated indoors when needed. I always like to ask what your dog enjoys most and build our time around that—every dog is unique, with their own needs, quirks, and favorite things!

Hi there! I'm a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for dogs, cats, and a variety of other pets. Animals have always been a part of my life, and I truly enjoy being around them. I currently have a 9-year-old pit mix who I rescued at just 6.5 months old—he’s my heart and soul, and caring for him has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I have experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I treat every animal with the same love and attention I give my own. Whether your pet is playful, shy, senior, or special needs, I’d be honored to care for them like family.

Kaya is my housemate and friend. Her pit mix lives with us, and I have watched how Kaya has been an incredible owner and companion to him. She is so attentive to his needs – both physical and mental. She spends lots of time relaxing with him, giving him pets, and walking with him. He is an older dog, so Kaya is incredibly attentive to his chronic joint pain and stomach issues. Kaya is a great dog mom, and I know that she would be a great contribution to Rover.
