Words can’t even express how much we love Kay. She took such wonderful care of our fur babies and our home. Our dogs love her and so do we !!!! I’d highly recommend her!!!

Pretty surprised and disappointed with the services honestly. Kay is a lovely person but did not provide the services that I paid for. She unfortunately just sat on her phone the entire time, put her shoes on our furniture (expensive fabric ottoman in a no shoe house), didn’t even attempt to play with my puppy at all, and let my puppy wander out of sight. My puppy was going crazy in her pen when she was alone after Kay left which is what prompted me to check the footage of our living room camera after Kay’s first visit as she is usually okay in her pen. Three hours of being on her phone. Even after sending prompting texts to play with her or asking if she’s chewed on anything (she did chew a lamp cable under Kay’s care), and explicit directions to play with her “I want her to have some play time, there’s toys inside and outside you can throw” even “you can just sit on the couch and throw a toy”. For both days, on her phone, no change, no effort. 8 hours (4 hours each day) of my puppy being bored and pretty much alone. So disappointed because I really liked Kay but honestly I can’t find a reason to excuse her behavior when I was so clear with her. We ended up getting another sitter who played with her and paid attention to her. My puppy was so tired (finally had some energy released) she would just sleep in the pen when she was alone and not once cried. We basically just paid 350 dollars for our sitter to look at her phone on our couch. Her previous reviews have me wondering if these owners actually have seen what her services look like.
