I have 18 years of animal-care experience and grew up on a horse farm caring for animals of all sizes. I've cared for Rottweilers, Great Pyrenees, Newfoundlands, Dobermans, Belgian Malinois, Mastiffs, cats with a wide range of personalities and needs, senior pets, and pets requiring special care or medication. Because I work remotely, I can provide more companionship and supervision throughout the day while keeping your pet's normal routine as consistent as possible. I take the time to understand what makes each pet comfortable—from their feeding and exercise routine to their favorite activities, personality, and individual quirks. Whether your pet enjoys a long walk, playtime, enrichment, cuddles, or simply relaxing in their favorite spot, I'll follow their lead and provide attentive, personalized care. I'm also comfortable administering oral and injected medications and following detailed care instructions. Communication is a big part of my service. I'll keep you updated through Rover with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. I also understand that you're trusting me with your home as well as your pets. I treat both with care and respect, and my clients have praised me for being dependable, communicative, clean, and trustworthy. My goal is simple: when you come home, your pets are happy, your home is well cared for, and you feel like you never had to worry.

Kay was incredible with the dogs. They both LOVED her. She was communicative and attentive to their needs. She was able to administer medication to one of my dogs and care for him while he’s injured, and she’s did a great job with my more dog-reactive pup. She was also respectful of our home. We (and the dogs) can’t wait to have her look after them again!

Kay was a fantastic house and dog sitter. We were away for a week, and she took wonderful care of our two dogs. It was clear she genuinely enjoyed spending time with them, and she went above and beyond throughout her stay. She sent us lots of photos and updates, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We came home to an immaculate house with everything in perfect order. We were scrambling last minute for a sitter for our extremely social kitten and are so lucky to have found Kay. Can’t say enough good things. She went above and beyond in all aspects. From doing a video meet and greet while traveling to sending tons of pictures and updates, we were actually worried our cat would never want us back. Kay stayed in our home and kept it perfectly neat and tidy. We would absolutely enlist Kay’s help again.

Schedule
I work remotely, which gives me the flexibility to spend more time with the pets I care for and avoid leaving them alone for long stretches. I build pet care around your pet's normal routine, including meals, walks, medication, playtime, and rest. I’m happy to follow detailed instructions and keep their schedule as familiar as possible while you're away. My goal is to provide consistent companionship and supervision throughout the day, with regular Rover updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing.
