Kay was very responsive, She sent me so many pictures of my pups . They looked so happy with her

This was our second time booking with Ms. Kay. My Rocky simply loves her and staying at her house. This time she kept our new kitten Koda. He's definitely a chaotic cat, but she handled him without complaint and I never had to worry for a second. She took such amazing care of both of them. Kept me updated the whole time throughout our vacation. And Koda had such a good time playing with her dogs and cat, he's worn out. Definitely recommend her!

Kay was especially nice on meeting her. My only 2 concerns were the time I put in for pick up was incorrect. I had put in 10AM and Kay called at 840 for 9am pick up. And I had to go back later that day for their leashes that got left behind. Otherwise I was updated on how they were doing during their stay. Yes, I would use Rover again if needed.

I would give more stars if I could. Peaches was well taken care of and Kay was very patient with my shy old lady.

Not a fan! We requested a sitter with NO cats, and NO dogs. She accepted to take care of our great Dane from 3/10-3/15. I get there to find out she has 2 extra dogs already. We decided to proceed. We left for vacation on what should've been a 4hr trip that turned into a 9.5 hour trip. As soon as we got to our destination she was constantly messaging us with issues. The next morning, she texted and said where you able to find another sitter. My husband stated he was unaware he needed too, and she proceeded to beg my husband to make the 4hr trip back home to get our pup. When my husband arrived she mentioned to him that she has booked ANOTHER dog. Even though when filtering out our request to avoid situations, her name comes up as a one client at a time sitter! SHE IS NOT! she double booked, and got overwhelmed with all the dogs she was going to have in her home. And now has made our family vacation a nightmare! And I know have to make memories with our my husband here with us. All due to her not being able to handle all the animals she allowed in her house. And then feels the need to throw in the fact that the sitters could review the dogs. But that she wouldn't say anything or do that. Why would you even mention that then?!?!? Horrible experience! She's cheap and made it apparent. You get what you pay for!

I had a good experience with Kay. She sent me lots of photos and updates and made me feel confident my pup was comfortable. Her dogs also got along great with my anxious little one. Would for sure rebook with Kay.
