I work as a substitute teacher during the school year so during the summer I am available most days all day and all night outside of caring for my children or pet.

Social status with humans and other dogs, any and all negative behaviors, owner preferences, medical conditions or allergies. I have experience with everything I am willing to work with the animal I just need to know. What I cannot tolerate is human aggression for the safety of my family. I am experienced and open to all dog breeds.
A typical day
As appropriate, swimming, walking, and off leash are offered in the home or on property. Enrichment activities (brain stimulating training or play) within the home would be provided which would be breed and activity level dependent. Outside of my home walks would be wherever the local trails are or owner preference!

I was raised around companion and farm animals alike, and have 7 years of professional experience in the animal field consisting of animal shelter work, veterinary medicine, and boarding facility management. I have a bachelors degree in animal sciences, and hundreds of hours in training within the respective fields. I am extremely detail oriented, attentive, punctual, responsible, and flexible. I treat any animal as I do my own therefore spoiled yet structured. Any pet in my care would be taken care of to the industry standard with a more home-like approach keeping safety as a top priority always. You can trust that through my years of experience in differing fields and relative education, I would be able to provide excellent care to your pet in need. For any drop ins or walks I can comply to an array of instruction tailored to your pets needs. Please do not hesitate to give me all of the details, I want to care for them as they are used to. During house sitting I can adhere to an array of routines, just let me know. I generally spend most of the day and all night at your home except for when I need to go home and care for my own pets twice per day. I also have young children that may at times be in tow as well. I do not work at my other jobs on weekends so I am available all day all night to be with your pet(s). Please feel free to ask me any questions or chat with any concerns!

Kay watched our 10 week old puppy for three days and was so amazing with her! She sent lots of updates and did a meet and greet before I dropped the pup off! Kay’s other three dogs are very sweet as well!
