I’ve loved dogs and cats my whole life! I have been pet sitting/ walking since I was old enough to, and I now own two lovely cats :) I love pets of all ages, breeds, and sizes, and am very patient / experienced with elderly and young pets. As a musician, I get to create my own schedule—meaning I am very flexible and can adapt to your needs. If you’ll have me, I’d love to treat your precious ones with the same love and care that I show my own fur babies :)

I am very gentle with pets, but also very playful! I recognize that they are often home alone for a good portion of the day, and that they would love a companion and a way to release energy. In my own home, I carve out time each and every day to properly stimulate my cats! In others’ homes, I do my best to appear as a familiar figure in the pets’ safe space. With cats, I take a gentler approach. With dogs, I let them sniff and then shower them with cuddles and playtime! And on walks, I am happy to walk them for as long as needed. I recognize that some dogs need a lot of exercise or stimulation, and with my active lifestyle it’s nothing I can’t handle.

Kavya was very responsive when my usual sitter had to cancel last minute for the Christmas Holiday. She came over to meet the kitties the same day I messaged her, and the kitties were immediately at ease with her. She took great care of them and I got photos while I was away. As a veterinarian, I am very choosy about who watches my pets. I would absolutely have Kavya watch my kitties again and also have her watch my dogs in the future too.
Kavya has helped take care of my cat, Reggie, multiple times when I’ve been out of town! She’s responsible and caring, Reggie loves her! I trust her completely and know that she goes beyond basic feeding duties but also spends time playing and cuddling to make my cat feel safe. Totally recommend.
Kavya has watched both of my dogs, Oakley & Winnie while I am out of town. She is extremely loving to them and a reliable caregiver! She loves animals and the animals love her! Highly reccomended Kavya as your pets caretaker.

Schedule
I have a very flexible schedule at the moment! I can create my daily schedule based on your needs. I am organized and reliable, and have no problem waking up very early or staying late to make sure your pets are happy and safe!
