I have cared for pets since childhood and shared my life with both cats and dogs ever since. Friends and family often call me an ‘animal whisperer’ because I connect so naturally with pets. I have experience looking after playful puppies and kittens, as well as senior pets who may need medication, extra patience, and special attention. Whether it’s long walks, gentle care, or simply keeping your pet happy and comfortable, I treat every animal as if they were my own.

I currently don't have any pets of my own, simply due to restrictions in where I live. When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure they feel safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow the owner’s routine and instructions closely from feeding schedules to walk times and playtime so their day feels as normal as possible. I give plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, and I keep a close eye on their wellbeing, whether that means administering medication, keeping up with training, or simply offering companionship. I also treat every home with respect, leaving things just as I found them.

I booked Kav for a walk before knowing it'd be so ridiculously hot, but the great thing about Kav is his understanding of my dogs' needs and care for them in all weather conditions. He made sure my little older dog didn't overstretch herself and made sure my more energetic dog had a solid walk while also keeping her safe in the heat. He's very proactive and I trust my dogs will be safe in his care.
A great sit once again from Kav - it's clear just how much he cares for my dogs and their needs and I feel safe knowing he's taking care of them - they always look happy and well-looked after on my return. With the heat Kav took care to make sure they were kept hydrated and adapted their walks to keep them safe. He goes above and beyond with making sure that my home is left clean and tidy and accommodates my high-needs dogs with ease. A perfect option if you're looking for a sitter that is flexible, caring and comfortable with dogs with high needs.
Another great sit from Kav - he communicates brilliantly ahead of picking the dogs up, he's flexible and he genuinely cares about my dogs and can handle their individual needs so I'm never worried about them. 100% recommend him.

I cannot state enough how great Kav is at taking care of my companion animals. They're always looked after with the best walks, lots of love and so much care and diligence - I will recommend him any day.
This is the longest I've left my dogs in a while and I felt very reassured by Kav from the start of the booking, where he instructed me to have a lovely time and not to worry because he and the dogs were going to go on their own adventures :) when I arrived at my destination and finally got signal I received lots of updates on my dogs' walks, feeding and medication which immediately put my mind at ease. As this was a longer trip Kav tended to send updates once a day with some pictures of the dogs eating, walking and playing so I knew they were okay. This trip came during a time of routine upheaval and one of my dogs found it quite stressful but Kav handled it well - he can certainly deal with high-needs dogs and varying requirements professionally. We had a debrief after the stay to talk through how things went and Kav was approachable, considerate and empathetic. Thanks for caring for my dogs again!

Schedule
I am currently working part time and very flexible so I have plenty of time available during the week and most weekends. I can be available for walks and drop ins from 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday-Sunday
