Katy is a wonderful sitter who is kind, patient, and detailed. My cat is very shy at the beginning and is afraid to make connection with strangers. But Katy spent time developing trust with my cat and eventually this helped lower her guard. My cat now saw Katy as a very close friend and she loved being petted and showed her belly to Katy! I would 100% recommend Katy to families who have shy cats, she is definitely your go to choice!

She currently cares for five cats and two dogs of her own, and her experience really shows in how naturally she understands animal behavior and needs. What really stands out is how gently she speaks to them, you can tell animals feel safe and comfortable around her right away. I’ve personally seen how amazing she is with pets. She once took care of my hedgehog, and it was honestly impressive. My hedgehog is usually shy, but whenever it heard Katy’s voice, it would come out of its hiding spot to see her. It even stayed calm and cooperative while she gave it a bath and trimmed its nails which something that normally isn’t easy at all! Katy has a natural connection with animals. They trust her, respond to her, and feel at ease in her presence. I have no doubt that any pet in her care will be treated with love, patience, and the highest level of attention.
