I have cared for cats and dogs for many years and I'm confident with a variety of breeds. In my career as an animal keeper, I've worked as a reptile specialist and a professional aquarist for Sea Life centres in the UK and Australia, along with looking after my own pet kids at home. I also possess a level 4 in Animal Behaviour and Wildlife Conservation from the University of Wolverhampton. I am confident and happy to care for dogs, cats, rodents, lizards, amphibians, non-venomous snakes, aquarium and pond fish, exotic birds and chickens (indoor and outdoor), and various mammals such as ferrets, skunks and tanukis. I pride myself on providing high quality care for any animals that I am responsible for, and I will follow any guidance or routines closely to ensure your pets feel safe while you're gone.

Home Care I always leave my clients homes in the same condition I found them in, I care for the home as well as the pets. This often includes: Watering plants Hoovering and mopping General surface cleaning in living areas, kitchens and emptying bins (provided the relevant cleaning products are available) Bathroom, shower, toilet cleans (after extended stays) Garden cleaning/tidying (poop removal) I also like to provide all of my own food, so you won't come home to empty food cupboards. My clients come home to happy pets and a clean happy house ❤️

Katy and Justin came to look after our cat Eric for several nights. He’s an anxious cat and indoor only, and It was our first time leaving him with strangers but they came to visit in advance to make sure it was a good fit. We were put at ease very quickly. Whilst we were away we got lots of videos and pictures and regular updates, and we could tell he was happy and comfortable. He has several health problems and they managed this very well including giving his daily meds. When we got home the house was very well looked after and looked cleaner than we had left it! Would definitely use them again, thank you so much!

Katy did an amazing job with Otto and he was so looked after. Otto loved his time and Katie kept a real eye on Otto and his recovery from surgery and acted when needed when she noticed Otto wound looked sore. 100% would recommend Katie

Schedule
I'm currently building an artist business at home doing pet and animal portraits, so I can be available most days and potentially at short notice. Your pets will be a priority and I will do my best to fit my routine around your pets needs.
